I was in a bind during the holidays. Quite unexpectedly I needed to find a new place to live. Immediately I started sending emails to realtors & banks asking for information on homes for sale in the Springfield area. In summary, I probably contacted around 15-20 different people and only one person responded right away to my email and that was Jamie Williams from Jim Fulgenzi and Co. RE/MAX Pro. Jamie scheduled a date to look at homes that worked best for me. On the same day we found a home, went in for a pre-approval on a mortgage loan, & put a bid on the house. Jamie recommended people she trusted who would give me a fair deal and get the job done right. People she recommended to me ranged from bankers to plumbers and they were all fantastic. What I liked most about working with Jamie was that she was on top of things. Whenever something was happening with the closing process she was always calling me or texting me to keep me updated, even on the Holidays. I am really grateful that Jim Fulgenzi and Co.
